The Annual South Asian Recruitment Summit  - Hyderabad 2013

Overview

Join us at South Asia's Annual HR Summit 2013 bought you by Middle Earth HR in association with World HR Board. The focal point of Summit is to facilitate learning amongst the HR fraternity and cognize them with latest innovations/ trends in the field of HR. The event provides a platform to encourage peer to peer learning.

We gather 200+ HR leaders, influential thinkers for all-encompassing discussions and participation in the summit. The event creates an avenue for facilitating long term association with the HR leaders.

The Summit is driven by The Leadership Council along with Middle Earth HR. The Leadership Council comprises of a mix of Top level HR Professionals from various industries who have generally 10 - 20 years of experience along with the budding managers. They help in short listing the participants for the World HR Board Scholarships.

WHRB Best HR Project Presentation

  • WHRB /CAMI provide HR certification courses to all level of HR professionals starting from budding HR leaders to the HR directors. In this event The alumni who excels in their project are awarded by MEHR
  • The main goal of this award is to honor and appreciate the dedication & keen learning interest shown by the WHRB/CAMI students in completing their course on time or by the receiving high score in their project amongst 300 projects submitted by HR professionals in the year 2012.
  • Best project award was given for those who have secured highest grades among 300 other projects submitted by many senior HR professionals & did real time implementable project of very high quality & value.
CAMI

Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI) Started by the top consulting hr specialists & academic hr leaders from institutes like Princeton, Vale, Harvard and Stanford who were dissatisfied with the current academic programs in hr and to providing of cutting edge particle hr training. CAMI is a not for profit Organization dedicated for the development of better HR practices globally through its research.

  • CAMI identifies:
    • Global Trends & Best Practices in HR through benchmarking forums.
    • Identifies Career needs and Competencies for HR professionals on a yearly basis and produces an annual research report.
    • Based on its competency identification, it supports the designing development of HR curriculums.
    • It also creates standards for trainers and evaluation criteria for people to be certified.

This Global research will be shared with local advisory councils (South Asia Council, MENA Council, SEA & NA Council) who will present information on local trends and requirements and This will be incorporated to ensure into the programs of CAMI to create truly glocalized, practical curriculums for each region .CAMI then partners with its sister institution, MEHR to ensure the operational roll-out of programs, evaluation of the certification standards.

MEHR re-ensures that the content, curriculum & best practices are localized with specific to the region. MEHR (implementation partner of CAMI), has been conducting programs for HR working professionals across the world in association with Carlton.MEHR has trained several thousand HR professionals and helped enhance their productivity at their work place. MEHR follows its own process of marketing for the training, education and other interactive events.MEHR is also associated with Asian HR Board (AHRB), a large not for profit association of HR professionals throughout Asia.

Asian HR Board (AHRB) provides support to the career development aspirations and helps provide a supportive caring environment to HR Professionals through a shared community approach.

AHRB believes that the HR community has a vital role in galvanizing society through a demonstrated leadership of ethical values. The Asian HR Board (AHRB) is today on the forefront of building cutting edge HR and strategic competencies among working professionals in HR across the globe. With over 5000 members, this association provides a community learning center and encourages peer-peer collaborative learning.

AHRB provides scholarship to develop HR Leaders and also runs 3 pioneer programs in HR.

In this event the lightning of lamp is done by the chief guest for the event. After the ceremony the Key note speaker address is delivered by him, where he speaks about some very useful insights & many recent planned as well as implemented Innovations related to the theme in the Summit which kindles the learning spirit and inspires the audience present in the event.

The 2013 HRM Trend-Mantra Discussion

  • This forum is not just a discussion panel that presents to you the challenges that you already know of but will also bring into light the possible options to resolve those challenges. It is just not going to give you only the practical solutions rather it will also inspire you to apply them in your organization.
  • The forum provides the opportunity to explore the pain areas respective HR area & provide the mantras to overcome those challenges. Each of the panel members shares their experiences by providing different alternatives to handle the burning issues.
  • Leadership council does the research with around 100+ organizations and comes up with the practical challenges where the Panelists provides measures to overcome hose specific pain areas.

The criteria for being a panelist in Trend- Mantra discussion are:

  • Should be at the Senior - Top Management level in HR like HR Head, HOD - HR, HR - VP/ AVP, Sr. Manager - HR (few big companies or flat hierarchy only have Sr. Manager and then directly HR - Director) with more than 20+ years of experience in HR.
  • Should have strong exposure/ knowledge in theme of the summit.
  • Willing to share their valuable practical experience amongst HR fraternity.
