The Annual South Asian Recruitment Summit  - Hyderabad 2013

Overview

Join us at South Asia's Annual HR Summit 2013 bought you by Middle Earth HR in association with World HR Board. The focal point of Summit is to facilitate learning amongst the HR fraternity and cognize them with latest innovations/ trends in the field of HR. The event provides a platform to encourage peer to peer learning.

We gather 200+ HR leaders, influential thinkers for all-encompassing discussions and participation in the summit. The event creates an avenue for facilitating long term association with the HR leaders.

The Summit is driven by The Leadership Council along with Middle Earth HR. The Leadership Council comprises of a mix of Top level HR Professionals from various industries who have generally 10 - 20 years of experience along with the budding managers. They help in short listing the participants for the World HR Board Scholarships.

Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is Vice Chairman & CEO of Zensar Technologies. He is a Board member of the 3.6 billion US Dollar RPG Enterprises and the Vice President of the HBS Club of India. Ganesh chairs Innovation, Intellectual Property and Knowledge for the Confederation of Indian Industry and is a member of the Chairmens' Council of industry association NASSCOM. He was Chairman of NASSCOM in 2008-09. An alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and the Harvard Business School, Ganesh was conferred with the Asia Pac Entrepreneur Award by Enterprise Asia in 2010 and has also been recognised by Ernst & Young for exceptional leadership.

Dr. T. V. Rao is currently Chairman of T VRLS and an Adjunct Professor at IIMA. Before setting up TVRLS, he was a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad for over 20 years beginning 1973. He also worked as the L&T Chair Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur during 1983-85.
With over 40 years of extensive work in the field of HRD, he was nicknamed as one of the "Fathers of HRD in India". He has revolutionized HR field in many ways by his contributions and has Won several awards for his outstanding contributions to the field of HRD. He has authored and co-authored over 50 books on various contemporary and HRD themes relating to Leadership, Managerial effectiveness, Education, Health and Population management, Behavioral Sciences and HRD.
