Middle Earth HR’s mission is “Building HRM, Building Human Happiness“. That is, we are always in a trail to make people happier at work by advancing persons who take care of their diverse concerns. We got immense success in many cities within India & Internationally. This time in International market our aim was Egypt, as gradually Egypt is also realizing that; to improve performance & satisfaction, organizations have to advance the way human resource management is being practiced. For that, development measures need to be taken to move forward the performance of the HR people.
We had two programs over there: Certified Learning & Development Manager (CLDM) & Certified Organizational Development Analyst (CODA). CODA with 14 participants & CLDM with 11 attendees, the programs came out to be fabulous. With a kind of faculty Mr. Nitin Sanker is, the participants also were very enthusiastic throughout the programs. He made sure that none of the attendees feel bore with all those PPTs & lectures. Through all the real time examples, his own experiences & hands-on exercises; everyday of the workshops were extremely active.
The feedbacks our coordination team received were very encouraging for us to deliver continuous excellence.
Few Participant Feedbacks from our Egypt Workshops:
- The knowledge base of the program and the faculty was excellent. Suggestions-increase the duration to avail time for group work and discussion – Aly Orensa (Hama Holding)
- Is well-organized, tackled L & D from a strategic point of view, covered the most important part in this topic. Suggestions-much better to be 3 or 4 days, to have more time for exercises & questions. Workshop like this needs a lot of practical application. – Hussam Zidan (Etisalat Misr)
- Very good. Suggestions-to prolong time. To be conducted in 3 days. Use more interaction. – Soha Abdel Fattah (GSK Glaxosmithkline)
- Informative. Scientific. Logical sequential order. Suggestions-having targeted audience from same industry. This will help attendees to share experience & raise common issues. – Samia Omar Sherag (CIB)
With the tremendous response we got from the audience this time, we hope to conduct more such public workshops & In-house programs in this beautiful nation, Egypt – “Where Past Meets the Present”.
