This quarter, Middle Earth HR had taken up a customized Communication & Interviewing Skills workshop for the first year and second students at NMIMS, Hyderabad. The program is ongoing and has been completed for the first year students. An assessment center was conducted for the students to help identify their specific areas of improvement and focus only on those skills/ competencies for the training. The training program for the first year students focused on building the students’ active listening skills, assertive communication & communication skills, organizing flow of thoughts and presentation skills.An assessment center was also conducted after the different workshops to assess the improvement of the students. The training for the second year students are to focus on goal setting & resume writing, answering motivational & self image interviews, facing Functional & behavioral interviews and Interviewing skills.
This September, our Senior Consultant Ms. Nandita Asthana ran a Conflict Management Conflict Management Workshop at EADS, Bangalore. The one and a half day training program focused on identifying the managerial actions that may be a precursor to a workplace conflict, common steps to manage conflict, conflict management strategies, effective conflict resolvers and establishing a code of conduct for a conducive environment. The workshop ended with a Bonfire and de-briefing session to build Team Openness.
World Vision India, approached us for a Certified Trainer and Facilitator program for their trainers at Chennai. The workshop was taken up by our faculty J Sridhar. We also had Mr. Anantadeb Bandyopadhyay conducting the “Certified Recruitment Analyst Program” in KCT Business School as they wanted to expose the students to a practical HR practices.
An Outbound Training was conducted for the HODs and Directors of the My Home Construction Pvt. Ltd. The training was conducted by our Senior Consultant & Trainer – Aveena Gudapati at Aamby Valley, Pune.
