Employee appreciation in corporate regulation: one precious stand towards high quality control in Business.
Appreciation is versatile that consist of personal, professional and organizational reflections. In family life, we people desire appreciation for our good work. As well as in professional life, all employees expect appreciation from their management and supervisors. Appreciations always make positive image to both individual and organization. Appreciation does not only mean that to give an award to employee in an Annual General Meeting, a simple “thanks” or “well done” word is work magically to improve employees motivation towards organization. Why employees expect to get an appreciation from the management? Because we people want to be recognized for doing our best. And when management or supervisor takes time to acknowledge it in such a personal or professional way, it makes an amazing impact. In brief, the emerging of employee appreciation in corporate regulations is signify valuing employees, management, organization, government, stockholders and society through ensuring the honorable commitment as key focal point. Maximum employees prefer proper reorganization from the company than compensation. Especially from the mid level to executive level: employees prefer to get honor, respect and reorganization for their initiative and effort for development of the organization.
The word “appreciation” means recognition of the quality, value, significance or magnitude of people and things. Appreciation is a judgment or opinion in positive sense. Appreciation is a basic of human needs. People want to be respected and valued for their contribution for organization.
Cost Benefit of Employee Appreciation:
The cost of employee appreciation is quite small and the benefits are huge when any organizations properly implement the employee appreciation effectively. Employee appreciation is a way through which a company can increase a brand image to the job market. Competent and skill candidate always prefer to work in those companies where they get honor and respect for doing job. A person spent minimum 40 hours in a week at office. Employees always prefer to consider their office as their second home. But if they do not get the proper working environment and reorganization of their work, they become frustrated and start looking for another job. No doubt, this is harmful for the organization. Because after recruiting an employee, employer invests lots of money on recruited employees’ training and development purpose. Hiring an employee is expensive and it is employer’s responsibility to make value of that investment/expenses. A simple appreciation can easily increase motivation and decrease employee turnover rate of the organization.

Employee Appreciation in Corporate Regulations:
Employee appreciation is the timely, unceremonious or ceremonial acknowledgement of individual’s or team’s effort, behavior, commitment or business result that carry the organizational objective and values which has obviously been ahead of standard expectations. Management and senior level executive need to understand and feel the psychology of the employee and they should have the mentality of praising others for their good work or initiative. Appreciations from employer through reorganization of employee’s good work confirm that appreciated employees and their effort are valuable for the organization. This is we found from practical experiences that when employees have been appreciated for their good work or initiative, their job satisfaction and productivity of work rises frequently. Beside this, they are motivated to maintain or develop their quality of work for more valuable effort to the organization. Result: Organizational Development.
