For instance any organization needs an Exemplary Employee in many ways like motivating and engaging other employees, influencing turnover for CXO level, influencing other people for the HR and devoid it may result in a catastrophe. In some cases we cannot estimate the cost and consequences of a Bad hire. And it is vital to identify a toxic worker in the hiring phase itself. Because rewarding an exemplary employee is vital for the organization and is also the ethic though there are a lot of them which don’t adhere. If exemplary employee is rewarded with incentive plan and is aligned with the strategy then it would be advantage to the organization and the employee as well to sustain in the market. But if we reward incentive plan to a toxic exemplary employee which can be in certain cases it can lead to counterproductive outcomes which can also lead to catastrophe in hazardous industry or even a company. Because psychologically toxic worker tends to use more and more for his high and usually by the time he might also be thinking high of himself as no one else got the incentive plan, then ultimately the vicious cycle props up and ultimately will result in a catastrophe.
