The last quarter ( JFM 2017) has been a “stabilization” quarter where we were not focusing too much on new development of products or regions but on stabilization of existing services. Internally we have built a full IT team and a digital marketing presence which is helping evolve a more dynamic sales model for Middle Earth focused on social media.
We are also working on building long term knowledge and career center which we believe will become a great resource for the global HRM professionals in the coming years to come.
Our product range was stabilized with the addition of new tie ups with IIM Indore which focus on a range of executive certifications in the leadership space and also a putative tie up with Goa Institute of Management with our current tie ups with Sp Jain Dubai we would have a wide range of educational options to partner with our certification programs
On the employee front we welcomed new member to the Management council, Ravi who has joined recently as head of Digital marketing, we hope that he will have a long innings in the management council.
Looking forward to the next quarter we would be working on quite few new product launch areas as well as new regions so keeping our fingers crossed for a good response.
Internally, our HR processes continued to excite participants and employees – The Ugadhi celebrations was done with great fanfare in true Hyderabadi Fashion with a huge hundi of biryani and a presentation on the significance of Ugadhi – the entire celebration being organized by our Celebrations committee with Ugadhi Pachadi and exciting games and grand gala.
