The previous quarter of April May and June has been fairly active, with our full time people joining us for Delhi and Mumbai, this new initiative gives us an added capability in these regions. With our prestigious internship program attracting a record number of interns from IIM, TAPMI, Symbiosis , NMIMS , IMT , IIT and many other prestigious institutions , our office was filled with outstanding talent , the atmosphere was electric and all the interns enjoyed themselves and their work. This also for the rest of us brought a lot of new energy to our work
The New product launch of Certified Talent Management Analyst was one of the highlights of this quarter , this program opened to Rave reviews , it was our first program to have a Beta launch perfect 5 feedback score , the participants felt that finally we had in India a program for practical techniques in man power planning and talent management
We also launched the Master Behavioral Skill Trainer Certification and that helped us build highly credible behavioral skill trainers who would be an asset to the soft skill training industry
Our marketing analytics team produced new techniques for SMS marketing and emailing which helped us improve our marketing techniques. Also our detailed planning calendaring process for over 500 learning events for the next year is expected to garner better number of participants to each program
Of course the end of the quarter is also the time to peak into the next quarter – This quarter buzz is about the new program we are going to launch on Human performance improvement as well as launch of a fellowship in strategic compensation and also a roll out of our regional director program, so a lot to look forward to for the next quarter
