The last month marked the launch of two new programs. The first “Certified Talent Manager” workshop was held in Hyderabad which was facilitated by Mr. Nitin and the first “Master Trainer & facilitator” program was held in Bangalore facilitated by Ms. Nandita Athana. A special mention has to be made here for the efforts of our Product development team headed by Kumuthini Raman who put together all the course-ware and aides for the programs. We received encouraging feedback regarding the course material and the training facilitation for both the programs.

We at MEHR, are excited at having received the recognition as a “HRCI Approved Provider” from the HRCI (the credentialating affiliate of the SHRM), joining prestigious institutes like E-Cornell and ASTD. The approval implies that 1,50,000 SPHR/GPHR certified professionals can attend our programs and earn their re-certification credit.
This quarter marked the launch of our CAMI knowledge center. The knowledge center gives access to projects that are designed and implemented by Senior HR professionals & HR heads across locations & industries. They are real time projects that are implemented & practiced in companies. Middle Earth has mentored over 3,000+ projects till date. Around 100 projects have currently been uploaded in the beta stage of the launch. The remaining projects are to be uploaded in the within the next year.
